Philippians 2:5-8

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death— even death on a cross!

Kind of odd, how Jesus never boasted in anything. The only thing he "boasted" was that in God, and even with that he didn't really "boast". Lots of the concepts in Christianity is so odd from the world's perspective. To live is to die, and to die is gain...love thy enemy...God sending His only Son to die for sin...so odd! But not bad odd. Good odd. The world scoffs at all this, and yet Jesus still took it and asked God to forgive the scoffers. He was the most purest, as most untouched by sin as you can get, so much that you can't imagine, and he had to bear all that shame. Without even carrying a chip on his shoulder. cccrrraaazzzyyy.
