Jeremiah 13

If you do not listen, I will weep in secret because of your pride; my eyes will weep bitterly, overflowing with tears, because the LORD’s flock will be taken captive. - v. 17

this passage is still a continuation of God's frustrations at the people of Israel and Judah. God tells Jeremiah to tell them that they're part of God's belt..wounded tight within it and they're tied down to God's wrath. and when Jeremiah tells them what God's told him, he tells them with love and sorrow, because he's sad for them for falling away and still not turning back to God.
