i'm not sure if who said it was a believer or non-believer, but if there's any sort of merit to that quote i'm pretty sure God's laughed at me once, oh maybe more. i was reminded again how God has my future laid out for me and there's really no point trying to fight it. being stubborn and trying to get my way only ends up hurting myself, and it's like taking the long and annoying detour when you could've just gone the obvious, quicker way.
i'm not a huge fan of this song, but lately it's been encouraging me to keep telling myself that God is God of my past, present, and future..and not me. definitely not me.
